We have had some terrific downwinds the last few days. The wind and water are cold, but the training is HOT! We are having a blast in the nice West wind that has been blowing…wakling across and doing the loop. We have a new paddler to the group, welcome to Sean..another dang South African. Right now he is unfit and slow as sticks, but he had great techinque and some K1 river paddling experience. I say by summer he will be killing me and Eva and hanging onto Pats and Richs wash. Some ole story with the new boys…..we don’t get to be fastest for long.
