Missed writing down a few of our workouts..
10x 4′ pieces and then yesterday a good 21 km in double, the ocean was running a bit so we had some surf. Then this am with Rich we had another downwind the other way in singles., No wonder the California ocean is so messed up. The wind and swell come from all over and change directions every day. This week is sorta a rest week as we travel on Friday and race 42 miles on Saturday.
