I have not entered much in the way of blogs lately, but we have been slugging away at about 16-20km a day. I get 3 -4 days a week of this, but Sean is training for the Berg River Maration in SA in July. He leaves soon, so the workouts might get shorter. Had a good 16 km the other day in the bay. 7′,5′,3′ 1′ times 4 sets. 1 minute off between pieces and 2 off between sets. This was a good steady grind and mostly Sean pulled, as Eva and Ed and I scrambled around for the best wake. Lots of good ocean too with some South wind….getting ready for Surfski Champs in August.
