Pat did a Long Beach to Newport run yesterday. 6-8 foot West swell, 22 mph sustanined wind. total distance was 35 km with warm up/down.
Max speed was 22 km, He did 29 km in 1 hour 58 minutes…just surfing and having fun, not going hard. He went alone, but had full kit.
PFD, Leash,and cell phone. Nice day for Patrick!!
