Good warm up and then 2 sets of 70″ on, 20″ off x 4. rest 2 between sets. Then 2 sets of 30″ on 10″ off rest 2 between setss. This is speed endurance with lactic acid built up/tolerance. Afterwards we did 20′ wash riding, each pulling 5′ at 75 % effort.
