Saturday we paddled a time trial…Willie lap we call it. 8.5 km. So much harder than hard pieces. About 45 minutes of max effort. Then today, Monday, another hard 2 x 2000m. It seems to be getting warmer out and with the kids back to school, much easier to get out and go. The group we have in the am is growing to at least 4 people, somethimes 9 or more. Looking to keep is going up to Molokai in May. Any one who wants to come is welcome. 9am m/w/f and then on the weekend we try to do a long one and downwind if the wind is blowing.
