We have had a few days of good training. Yesterday did 5 x 8′ pieces with 2′ rest in between. A good 80% pace.
Today we sprinted..10 x 1 on 1 off, 10 x 30″ on 30″ off and 10 x 15″ on 30″ off. Max efforts.
